Brian Levitt, MRECM, LEED AP | Founder
Brian Levitt is responsible for daily operations at both Realwell and NAVA Real Estate Development. A Denver resident, he has developed in and around the area for over 20 years, building over 4.5 million square feet of commercial and residential space and consulting on over $2 billion of real estate for various clients. He has successfully managed and delivered a variety of complicated developments since 1996.

Brian contributes more than 10% of his time to non-profit work as a board member or committee chair. He served as Vice Chair for the national ULI Sustainable Development council from 2005-2007, Co-Chair of the Colorado Sustainability committee from 2006-2013 and co-founded the first ULI Building Healthy Places committee in 2013. Brian has taught six quarters as an adjunct professor at the University of Denver’s Graduate School of Real Estate and coached four student teams competing in the CU-DU “NAIOP Challenge”.

Brian earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Colorado and a Master’s in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver.
