Brian Levitt, MRECM, LEED AP | Founder
Brian Levitt is responsible for daily operations at both Realwell and NAVA Real Estate Development. A Denver resident, he has developed in and around the area for over 20 years, building over 4.5 million square feet of commercial and residential space and consulting on over $2 billion of real estate for various clients. He has successfully managed and delivered a variety of complicated developments since 1996.
Brian contributes more than 10% of his time to non-profit work as a board member or committee chair. He served as Vice Chair for the national ULI Sustainable Development council from 2005-2007, Co-Chair of the Colorado Sustainability committee from 2006-2013 and co-founded the first ULI Building Healthy Places committee in 2013. Brian has taught six-quarters as an adjunct professor at the University of Denver’s Graduate School of Real Estate and coached four student teams competing in the CU-DU “NAIOP Challenge”.
Brian earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Colorado, and a Master’s in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver.
Trevor Hines | Co-Founder
Exposed to development from a very early age, Trevor Hines oversees business strategy for both Realwell and NAVA Real Estate Development. His father is Gerald D. Hines, the founder of one of the world’s most successful real estate companies, is an active mentor and advisor to the principals of Realwell and NAVA.
Trevor earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Yale University and enjoys applying the technical and analytical approach of engineering to the development space. Prior to forming NAVA Real Estate Development and Realwell, Trevor worked for his father’s firm in several locations, including to construct a portfolio for Hines’ non-real estate investments in the wake of 2008.
David Amedick | Design & Construction
David Amedick is vice president of construction at NAVA Real Estate Development. With more than 25 years of development experience, he actively guides the internal and external direction of NAVA’s projects from preliminary budget planning and due diligence to property management turn-over.
As a LEED Accredited Professional®, David believes that iconic architecture, sustainable design and healthy programming improve our communities and position NAVA projects for long-term success. Over the course of his career, David has delivered more than 6.5 million square feet of real estate, including over 2,000 multi-family units.
An active industry leader and sustainability advocate, David serves as a member of several professional organizations, including the Project Management Institute, International Code Council, U.S. Green Building Council, Associated General Contractors of America and National Multifamily Housing Council.
David earned his bachelor’s degree in engineering technology from the University of Central Florida. Additionally, David is a Project Management Professional, and holds a Class A General Contractor’s License.
Sarah Stone | Marketing & Communications
Sarah Stone oversees marketing strategy and outreach for Realwell and NAVA Real Estate Development. She has nearly 20 years of marketing experience within the real estate industry, most recently managing corporate marketing and business development for San Francisco-based The Mark Company, one of the industry’s leading urban residential real estate sales and marketing firms. Sarah’s extensive expertise in sales, marketing and communications in the real estate industry helps owners successfully drive brand awareness, and residents better connect with the end-product.
